I was playing Fallout: New Vegas today, and I saw something I'd never noticed before - extremely low level passive health regeneration. Every hour of game time, I seem to regain 0.66 hit points (ie, I've checked that when waiting, 9 hours wait gets me 6 HP back, 6 hours wait gets me 4 HP back, etc). Forums: Index Fallout: New Vegas general discussion Stacked regeneration rate? I just reached lvl 20 but was not sure that the Solar powered perk stack with the Phoenix monocyte breeder implant. If anyone already knows whether they do or not, please tell! Characteristics
The player receives a +1 to your healing rate and -15 to disease and poison resistances. This trait, like all feralkin traits, will mark the player as tainted by magic and will cause some people to react negatively to them.[1]
